PLEASE NOTE THE GATES WILL BE OPENED FOR STRICTLY EMERGENCIES ONLY, OTHERWISE A FEE OF £25 WILL BE CHARGED.
Due to the high demand, pre booking of any swims it is a minimum of 24hrs+ for the MAIN LAKE for weekends.
PRE BOOKING*
To pre book any swims full payment is needed upon reservation and to check availability or book swims please use the https://www.gocatch.fish/ website or call the office for enquiries.
For full lake bookings please speak to Zoe in the office but a 50% deposit is needed upon reservation and the balance is to be paid in full 2 months before arrival.
*NO REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN* Dates can be transferred, only if it is within 2 weeks notice of your booking.
ANY DATE TRANSFERS MUST HAVE A MINIMUM OF 2 WEEKS NOTICE IF PRE-PAID, OTHERWISE YOUR BOOKING WILL BE CANCELLED. THIS IS DUE TO A HIGH DEMAND FOR FISHING PEGS.
Hut swims are on pegs 1,3,5,7,9,10,11,12 & 15 all of these swims can be doubled up on.
FOOD DELIVERIES TO BE COLLECTED FROM THE MAIN GATES
THE GATES WILL NOT BE OPENED AFTER CLOSING TIME.
PLEASE NOTE THAT WE CANNOT CHARGE ANY PHONE'S OR OTHER EQUIPMENT AS WE DO NOT TAKE ANY RESPONSIBILITY FOR CUSTOMERS BELONGINGS.
ADVERSE WEATHER CONDITIONS:
If for any reason that bookings need to be changed due to adverse weather conditions, upon owner's decision only - Our 'no refunds policy' still stands but all bookings will be transferred to dates to your convenience.
IF YOU HAVE TO CANCEL PRE-BOOKED FISHING FOR ANY OTHER REASON THAN ABOVE WE DO REQUIRE 2 WEEKS NOTICE TO PRE-BOOK ANOTHER DATE.
